Would highly recommend brilliance electrical, did an awesome job. Very respectful and cleaned up after himself.... which is a first in my books! Very reasonably priced

Punctual, brilliant work, extremely professional, very attentive, organised & very tidy. Excellent for all commercial work, defiantly exceeded my expectations.

I have (at time of writing, Nov 2022) had one instance of being a customer of Brilliance Electrical. Notable positive features during that experience include:1. I was able to speak to a human being on first call;2. The quoted time of service call was amazingly accurate; the technicians in fact arrived several minutes early. As someone who is totally tired to death of tradies showing up 'whenever' or not showing up at all and not bothering to even call or text, this was a remarkable plus;3. The technicians - one called Sasha; unfortunately I did not ask the name of the other - were well presented, polite, and happy to explain what they were doing as they did it;4. I asked about a potential future job and received a competitive quote that may convince me to have that job done (if so, I will edit this review afterwards);5. The technicians were efficient and professional, and did the job with minimum of fuss and 'mucking about';6. Based on the above, I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking electrical services, as my experiences with several other tradies in that field have been far less palatable.* Other than as a customer, I have no affiliation with Brilliance Electrical or its employees* I was not offered incentives to write this review.

I had Brilliance Electrical replace all my downlights and smoke alarms in my home.Sasha arrived on time and well prepared to tackle even the most difficult and inaccessible areas, all done with expertise, efficiency and a smile.I would not hesitate to call on his services again as he is professional, his prices are competitive and he left my house very clean.Highly recommended.
