Extremely overpriced flowers and unhelpful staff. Flowers in arrangements were dying and I asked if could be changed with fresh ones and was told no. Also wouldn’t reduce the price. Paid a lot for a small bunch I didn’t like as I was desperate. Sadly will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Very bad service asked them to deliver at 4pm ...at 5:22pm called my husband to check if he received anything he said nothing called the shop and told them to deliver now cz my husband was leaving workVery bad service spoiled my surprise

WORST service ever!!!! I ordered a sympathy flower ring from this florist with a diameter of 1m. They charged me accordingly, and I requested a picture of the arrangement to be sent to my phone before it was to be delivered to the funeral service. To my surprise, when i saw the image the diameter of the ring was only 50cm, half the size we agreed on. When I called and spoke to the owner, they advised that the size I requested wasn't available. They didn't take the initiative and call me to advise, however they charged me for the 1m size ring. It doesn't end here! I attended the funeral service the next day when it was scheduled for delivery and guess what? The flower ring wasn't even delivered! What disgusting service. They stole my money and didn't deliver the order. I called immediately the next morning and they hung up on me several times. Never have I come across such appalling service in my life. Please steer clear of this florist.

Quick, convenient and beautiful arrangementI called up at 11:30am today asking for a bouquet of lillies delivered. Very easy payment over the phone and done in less than 5 min! The lady who served me let me know that they did not have any open lillies, and suggested that she would create a bouquet for me with the colours I asked for. Flowers were delivered by 2:30pm the same day and I received this photo from my friend whose Pop just passed - she had a lovely surprise. I'm very happy with the arrangement, I didn't know what it would look like, but they were exactly what I requested! Soft and lovely for a sympathy bouquet. Thank you Guildford florist for helping me send some love to a dear friend :)
