Had a very smooth experience renting through Harcourts. Dana, our property manager was always approachable and easy going. Facilitated communication with our landlord flawlessly.

We have had two properties with Hardcourts Adelaide Hills and Shortland Property Management Unley office for a couple of years now and the service can not be faulted. Having used other property managers, Dana stands out for her professionalism, communication, proficiency in organising contract agreements, scheduling inspections, inspection reports etc. All these are done in a timely manner. From reading the other reviews here, the theme appears consistent - not only are there excellent feedback provided by landlords, but reviews from tenants alike are the same given on Dana. Dana Munro has done an absolutely magnificent job with renting out my unit whilst I have been living elsewhere, I could not recommend her more as a property manager. She is in regular contact with myself as the landlord, is passionate about her job and it really shows in the service she provides. This is clearly not a box ticking exercise with her as it is with some other property managers, Dana takes pride in what she does and excels at it. I would not hesitate to engage her for any future business and would recommend her to anyone who wants a thorough and high class property manager.
