Naveen from Bharat Homes managed to built two homes for me, both sold at very good prices, the second one sold at a record price for the area, it was not even on the peak market but because of the inclusions and the fittings they look top quality and achieved a very good price, naven is very professional and understandable to your needs and open to variations, always return the call, Very happy customer here still keep in touch with him. I see a few negative reviews here but not sure why, thats not my experience. I will surely build again with naveen..

The most unprofessional builder in the market. Naveen Verma(current owner of Bharat homes) used to run PDN homes. I built my home through PDN homes. All kinds of promises were made to handle end to end, but sadly even after 2 years of construction I am following up for rectifying defects in the construction. Lack of ownership is key feature of this builder as they put you over from one partner to another. Multiple emails go unresponded. While they will promise you the world during sales and construction, but sadly nothing to keep their promises. Money paid and gone but work left undone. Any positive experiences have turned negative. If you are currently building or built, make sure that your contract is water tight and don’t pay the money until everything is as per requirement.
