Steve is brilliant because he cares about his work. I brought him my fathers 35 year old Omega Seamaster to get running and working consistently like new.Several others had tried and failed. But Steve (having done his apprentice eons ago with Omega) pulled it completely apart and faithfully addressed every issue.Two battery changes later it runs perfectly. I’ve taken or posted other vintage watches to Steve for cleaning & checking at I live 600 km away.That’s how good he is.

I have had numerous batteries fitted by this jeweller, I paid them for the battery plus the $25.00 to fit it............they don't need the practise anymore, because they are very good at it and......they are in the business of making money, just like the rest of us.......

Excellent Service for old watches. Recently had a $450 service done to a 60 year old Omega watch by one of the big name stores. Bayside fixed some of the issues, cleaned it and advised of other issues that may need attention in the future. All for an amazing price. Wish I found them first.

Fantastic and friendly service. I was recently at Nelson Bay for two nights and my bracelet clasp kept opening. The jeweller fixed the clasp and cleaned my bracelet free of charge even though I offered to pay. Did not expect this! What a lovely experience. Thank you for your wonderful service ethic.
