Green Kids ELC is a place where a “growth” cycle occurs through our quality of care & education.We believe that the only way to succeed is to grow through good & bad experiences.We do not claim to be perfect but instead be knowing of how to be better. We encourage & accept constructive feedback & “Always” Embrace a can do forward thinking attitude.We always try to find ways of resolution, which at times can be hard on our small family business, however at GK apart of our philosophy is to ensure that we have listened & actioned any feedback positive & or negative & to always strive for best quality in Early Years.We believe that our families are what allows us to run GK, we take pride in that & in turn we look after our families no matter what.The children are always at the forefront of our philosophy & we always place them first, our educators throughout the years have all had a strong passion for the children & early Years education.We are sad to hear the few negative reviews, however appreciate them for the growth of our service & understand that it is a persons right to pass any judgement that they see fit, we just hope that we can offer some type of resolution for all departing families & hope that both good & bad experiences are always noted.We also are so very grateful for all the wonderful families that have shared their lovely words about GK & our educators.In my family my husband & I have 2 beautiful boys & we would only expect the best quality & care for them at all times, I only hope that we can advocate & provide this at GK.Warmest regards & without bias- Rachaellee Russo GK Owner/Proprietor.

Green kids early learning centre is a very nice place to send the kids. Very secured place happy environment for kids. All the educators are very friendly and very helpful.

Very poor interaction from all staffs. Children are not supervised properly. Director is not suited for the position she is always unorganized and can't deal with the staff. She looks like she wants to please them rather be a boss/leader. It was such a good service before. Its such a shame.

This centre has been the best centre around the area, the staff are all so lovely and you can see they really care for your children and that's it's not just a job to them. They have gone above and beyond for all thier children. I absolutely love that my girls are happy to stay and play and i can always leave with a smile, they come home talking about thier new adventures and things they have learnt. As part of my student placement, I was required to undertake many practical placement experiences, and although I went to multiple different centers, I had to go back to Green Kids Early Learning. The educators within the service were beyond incredible, they assisted me with all my enquiries and they treated all the children as they were their own, the love and care factor was phenomenal. They were all just like a little family and made me feel so welcome and at ease in their environment. I have now been apart of the GK family for just over a year and have worked in the rooms as an educator and have progressed to working alongside the management team, further building personal relations within our service and in our community.

As a new employee of Green Kids, I have been welcomed with open arms by the families, the staff and the management. Green kids has such a warm and inclusive vibe and they really make you feel that each individual that steps through the door is special and valued whether you are staff or a new family. The centre is always presented well and you can see the passion and dedication with each of their educators. The staff build strong bonds with the children so they can feel comfortable and confident in their environment. I highly recommend others to come and see for yourself. We would love to meet you!

I've worked at many child care services before and have never found a centre that had such nice, friendly and caring educators. When I am there (as I only work casually) I feel happy to be in such a positive environment and to be surrounded by such passionate and wonderful educators who truly genuinely care for the children. Keep up the great work guys!

Please bear with me here........Over the past couple of years there has been MANY internal changes, some good, some not. Prices have risen a number if times and the centre tried to force third party dealings onto families creating a fee to pay for fees. This centre is now one of the most expensive in the area, although the admin staff try to tell you otherwise.Parents are able to discuss issues with management and staff and make suggestions for implementing changes or ongoing improvements, however, you need to push for a while to receive feedback on incidences. A few examples....Mostly concreated area outside but no helmuts are provided for bikes/trikes due to hygiene". My 3 yo was concussed and left with a lump 6cm in diameter on the back of his head after falling and whacking his skull on the ground. I requested helmets as safety comes before hygiene. No feedback was given for over 2 weeks when we requested a meeting with management.My child was left unattended

Beautiful & homely centre with a bunch of amazing staffs. Highly recommend this place. The care and diligence of the staff is at very high standard.The management is lovely and professional.

I have 3 kids but only 1 of whom is attending GKELC. My son has only been at Green Kids for about half a year, his first few weeks were a bit rocky just getting him into his room was somedays hard. Although he was a bit shy and sad at first i am so happy to say that he is finally coming out of his shell and is thriving and this is all thanks to the teachers at GKELC which me and my partner are so grateful for. From the moment you go in to the centre you are greeted with a lovely smile and that carrys on throughout the centre the teachers in his room are amazing they are all kind and they have just got the kids best interests at heart . Would definately recommend this centre to other parents.
