My dog loves coming to Barker Ark! The ladies here have a genuine love and care for dogs. I had my dog bathed, groomed and cleaned here today and he came out very happy. Thank you!

The girls here know what my Tofu is especially antsy about (he hates getting wet), and are super gentle by rinsing with a bucket instead of the shower head. They’re experienced in grooming Japanese spotted and Tofu always comes back super soft and smooth, with a super cute ‘peach butt’. Highly recommend!!

I have taken my dog there for years.They have the worst customer service possible. You drop him in early they charge you extra you drop him in late 10-15mins they just cancel your appointment. They are unreliable and straight up rude. There are many other salons that do a similar job for less money and with a smile. I won’t be going back and would recommend against heading there.

Chose them because of the glowing reviews but the haircut was so bad and choppy. See photos. The chest area looks like it was handled really badly. Face was lopsided and uneven. Also told them not to shave him but they shaved his belly. Hope his fur will grow back nicely.They called at 12pm to pick the little dude up, we arrived at 1pm and were charged $10 late fee. Were told that we signed an agreement so fine, our fault for not reading the fine prints but we didn't know picking up within 1 hour of calling was considered late. No one told us prior either, we were basically charged when we arrived. It's not like we live next door and can rock up within half an hour. Could have told us and it would have saved a lot of grief.First time and will truly be the last, left a bad taste.

We are most impressed with all aspects of barker ark. From being well run, kind staff, cleanliness and the tell tale sign of happy dogs in the play area. The grooming is top rate and our 'peanut' always comes back looking great. Well done barker ark!
