Australia Post - Waikerie Post Shop

Would give 1 star if I could. Whatever you do, Please do not get your parcels or online orders delivered here. Their inefficient service and outright lack of any concern or consideration for the customers time meant I had to drive 220 kms round trip and a decent amount in fuel costs to get a parcel which had been requested for a redirection multiple times more than a week ago. It had my pain relief exercise tools. Not even after 4 phone calls by Australia Post Customer service could this inefficient bunch locate the parcel and redirect it. Each time they kept saying the parcel in question had already been redirected when it was just sitting at their post shop. Only after I lodged a complaint with Australia Post did they decide to seriously look for it and pulled a pathetic face and said they are really sorry about it. Most abhorrent conduct and service from a post office yet. Shame on them for letting down such a pretty town otherwise.
