I’ve lived in various parts of Sydney during my working life and have utilized the services of many chemists.Without doubt the number one standout is the Moss Vale Community Pharmacy.

I am elderly, and must say that this is the best pharmacy I have been to in my life. The staff are very professional and courteous, and will order in items that may not be in stock; always available next day. Great service.

I went there to buy bandage tape and foam. I showed them what exactly I wanted to buy. They said they have the tape only. I bought the tape and went to the physiotherapist for the foam. Physiotherapist gave me the foam and told me the tape is a different one. I went back to the pharmacy and showed them the difference between two tapes. They didn’t allow me to return the tape anyway.

Everyone is always so helpful and the vibe is always so cheerful.

I bought a sunglass, in three minutes realised it was the wrong size, try to exchange for another one and could not. They said covid reasons, but the anyone can touch and try sunglasses as much as they want... So doesn't make any sense.

As a newcomer, relatively, to the Highlands I have been caring for my elderly parents, whose local pharmacy is the Moss Vale Community Pharmacy. I am overwhelmed by the love and care shown to my parents, and particularly at the recent passing of my Mum. The support for Mum and Dad has been wonderful, with the girls delivering medications out to Bundanoon at times when I have been unable to leave the house, advising me when worried about meds., answering my questions on the phone, packing meds ready for me to run in and pick up, without having to wait and sincerely expressing their concern for my own health at times, when things became difficult and sad. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, as well as the general care for their customers, is so very much appreciated

Really great chemist. The staff are a font of knowledge - very friendly and so helpful. The pharmacist I spoke with went above and beyond to provide me with information and advice on a range of different topics. They stock a range of health and wellbeing products that are great if you have chemical sensitivities. Most I haven’t been able to find elsewhere in the highlands.

Super friendly. Super caring. Super professional. Very supportive & understanding staff. I’d have to say that the level of support offered by staff here is nothing short of amazing.There’s an awesome gift shop too with literally something for everyone.
