The two girls who were working that day were very friendly, service was very good. But the fried chicken pieces were oily...sadly and too much sauce in the rappas. I am sure this can be easily addressed.

Really nice and well mannered staff. Personally I love bondi burger with chilli sauce. Perfectly grilled chicken and crispy chips. Store looks so clean and well managed. Highly recommended

You come you get food. It is alright. You can eat in store but why. There is a park at the end of the road. Staff are acceptable. Food is acceptable but nothing to write home about. It is the same as any other Oporto

Food is really good, luv the Halloumi chicken burger and the chicken salad bowl.No chairs to seat around indoors, only few table and chairs outside, mainly for take away.

Chicken not cooked properly, thought it was a coincidence. Happened 4-6 times in the last year. Prefer to go to another branch.

Lady was very helpful we got the wrong wrap given to us so she replaced it as well as let us cheap the wrong one. I love how they didn’t take the other one off us which would’ve been food wastage.Food is fresh and fastWould recommend.

I am a regular and always place the order on my app and pickup. This time around I followed the same routine and went to pick the order when the girl at the counter claimed the order hasn't been received at their end. It was kind of getting confrontational with the girl at the counter claiming the food can't be delivered when Jeevan interfered and made the food for me. His approach was very friendly and cool. He understood there must have been some technical glitch and gave my delivery and am back to my desk WFH.Couple of days later I realised that this particular order hasn't hit my credit card even though the order was reflecting in my oporto app.So when I went to pick up my next order couple of days later, I paid for my previous order and couldn't help but appreciate how Jeevans cool approach that day has avoided a bad day for everyone involved.KUDOS to Jeevan for being so level headed and we need more people like him in service industry.

Really disappointed with the serviceI ordered double bondi with no lettuce, no chilli, add extremo and L&H, i tried to make sure the order was entered correctly but still i got with lettuce and no sauce at all. Sorry this was not first time, just a day before I ordered bondi build your box with no lettuce and as expected they gave me with lettuce, when i try to make sure they replaced.This is not what we expect from this store
