Priceline Pharmacy Bendigo Market Place

NEVER any stock whatsoever. The staff have conveniently put up signs saying that their stock is low due to 'management changes' but I have been in weeks apart and the same signs are up and still no stock. The worst priceline by far I've ever been to, especially considering the great spot it is in.

I met the pharmacist Jeremy when the whole new management thing was happening... something happened with the previous pharmacist... nevertheless Jeremy was very helpful and honest. They may be low in stock but please be patient with them they’ve been excellent to me - Nam

I asked one of the employees for assistance and she asked me to ask someone else. It was very frustrating as I couldn't find anyone. Thankfully a lady finally came to my aid.

I have to say this pharmacy has got to be the most rudest of all Priceline pharmacies we’ve gone to. My children today walked in there to look at some low priced skincare products to only be looked at as thieves by one of the female staff members who clearly hd something shoved up her backside. She watched them continuously made other staff members watch them and even spoke to the customer she was suppose to be serving about them possibly stealing. As my children went to walk out she grabbed my son by the arm and said “ Im going to need to search your bags” firstly you have no legal right to place your hands on someone and secondly they had every right to refuse a bag search. When she saw that they had not stolen anything her only comment was “ oh “ Later I walked back into the store with my children just for her to look at us again even when we were getting assistance from the pharmacist she was still looking . All I can say is I had just purchased skincare to the value of $5000 so why would my children wish to steal some cheap brand skincare from your pharmacy when also you hardly don’t even have anything in your store like the other Priceline pharmacies

The shelfs are always empty. Never find what I need and if I do, it costs twice as any other place. Would rather have the chemist warehouse in the marketplace

Very poor stock control, staff do not seem to follow through on promises, medication I take regularly is often not in stock despite repeated requests to have it in store. Have been a regular customer for many years but am now taking my business elsewhere. I am sure someone else will appreciate my approx $200 / month business.

Rang store to find out if they stock a cleanser that I wanted to purchase.A staff member assured me the cleanser was in stock.I arrived 10 minutes after the phone call to discover they do not stock the product or even the range.I found a staff member in the store very rude and short.Customer service shocking!

Didn't have stock of what I needed then cancelled my E-script when I called them they refused to take any fault in what they had done until my doctors office called and they apologized to them and not to me who they were rude to and kept saying it wasn't there fault when it clearly was. Wont be returning they always seem to be out of something that I need

Never any stock at this price line. By far the worst Priceline I’ve ever been too, I was quite shocked at the state of the shelves I actually thought they where closing down but apparently the owners are just really tight on ordering. The lady I spoke to though was very helpful and honest when I asked what the go was with the low stock and I could tell she felt guilty and a bit embarrassed!
