The 2 blokes at the desk today were very helpful and quick to get my part(radiator cap), i wish staff was like this everywhere , unlike supercheap who put me on hold 3 times waiting 15 minutes to find a part, i called bursons and in less than 1 minute my part was ready for pickup.

Bursons auto parts had great costumer service, they had a part delivered to the store within hours and had was able to pick up same day which helped to get my evo 7 back on the road. Thank you so much for the great service couple months back!!

Went to the counter, and waited for nearly 10 minutes. On of the staff member was telling tthier life story to another customer. But not even once was i asked if neeed help. I Then just walked out of the store.Very poor customer service *

Nothing to write home about. Very average in most respects and won't deliver to me like 'blacktown spares'. I a shame because I once thought that they were more honourable. oh well', here is your answer!

I order my parts mostly from Burson in parramatta and all I could say is wow"! I am a trade customer and I want to remain anonymous for obvious reasons. The store has had a few hiccups along the way but recently I was visited by the current store manager Paul and their rep Matthew. I have noticed a positive change in the last month or so and I had a chat with the guys and all I could say is whatever you guys are doing

The service department rocks. They under promised and certainly over delivered. What some said was a major voltage issue requiring a new alternator turned out to be something very simple. You can't buy experience.

Horrible customer service. Not once did they attempt to serve me or even acknowledge my existence. It's not like they were busy either, it was early morning and no other customers were in the store. When I finally forced someone to speak to me it seemed like it was too much effort for them so I left and took my business elsewhere.
