Our dirty tea towels have not been picked up for 3 weeks now! I have sent them an email but received no reply. The service is very poor and am not sure whether it's because we are only a medium size company. Anyhow we are now considering of canceling this service.

ATROCIOUS!!! Poor communication. Invoiced rental of uniforms that were not returned to us. Constantly had to audit their weekly delivery and chase up items that they didn't return. And to top it off - after we cancelled they tried to slug us with some 'charge residual value' fee of $4304.30!!!! Now i have to dispute that invoice. More work for me. Run , run far away from these guys.

Very Poor service from the Enfield Branch, i was promised an early morning delivery because they where short of laundry but the delivery did not arrive. Not a very service orientated company that keeps to their word. Try to avoid dealing with them if you can.

Depot belongs to City of Sydney. Bay street is beautiful expecially when jacaranda blooms along the street.
