Jay serviced my air conditioning unit and was great. In the middle of winter when I had a concern about my heater he was very responsive and professional and came out of his way to diagnose and advise. He called to advise time of arrival and was kind, friendly and professional throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Benchmark for any air conditioning service.
