Awful customer service!

I have recently needed to buy an airchair for a friend, who is bed ridden. The owners were knowledgeable, informative and willing to show me all the different options available. The result was the purchase of an excellent airchair and a very satisfied customer. Everything was carried out efficiently and our friend is now mobile at her new residence.Thank you JP and JB.

One of their workers was idiotic enough to park their work van in the middle of my drive way. Was able to get my car out of the driveway to leave to work. ECU63X is the registration. I need this car out of my driveway ASAP

I bought a Vermeiren Reclining Wheelchair from JB Medical for $2350. About 5 months after the purchase the recliner control knob of the chair stopped working. When we contacted JB Medical they replaced the control key.But the same control key broke again a few months later but when I reported this to JB Medical, a sales person told me that they would not fix it even though the wheelchair was under warranty and it broke due to no fault of our own. He asked that we get a handy man to fix it or pay for a JB technician to fix it.I cannot recommend JB Medical to customers who require a good reclining wheelchair as the chair they supplied broke twice within 9 months of purchase and JB Medical wanted us to pay for repairs during the warranty period.
