Finally got the bed I needed and it's great, thanks Queens Living! Honestly, this is the most satisfying shopping I have ever made in Australia. I am very satisfied with the attitude of the sales representative and the furniture. The sales representative has a very professional and enthusiastic attitude, always answering any questions and responding quickly. I asked a lot of questions, and she didn't find it annoying and answered me seriously. For this, I would like to express my sincere respect to the sales representative.Besides the bed, it was exactly what I needed, received it fully packaged, and to my surprise when I opened it, the bed was even better than I expected! I will come again next time when I need it, and trouble the sales representative to give a discount!

I bought bed from Queen living, there has some quality issue, report to them, and i've been told customer just need paint it on top of this, spending $ 5K bought this bad product. Strong suggest do not trust them. and now sales person Lily Cai drag my contact into black list, i can not contact her any more within the warranty period. I am in WA, can get her, but hopefully anyone saw this review, just be careful them.

Their furnitures are with fancy design and excellent quality. And the sales rep is knowledgeable in staging and very patient to answer every question. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

Although nothing can be perfect, the applicability and cost performance of the furniture here are still very high. Recently, you can also buy some trendy and interesting decorations in the store, and even some beautiful skirts for little girls. Furniture and various cabinets can be customized. I will come again.
