I ordered an item 17 days ago for home delivery, today I rang to ask where my item is, was told it's already left the manufacturer in Melbourne, moments later I received tracking via email and its only being processed at the warehouse. Fair to say it was not put through for order. This was with sales assistnaces Tavia and Irene from the Bundall store, obviously didn't do their job properly... won't be going back to Adairs.

Great fit out, good range & always immaculately staged.Service was completely absent & we weren’t greeted or spoken to at all whilst going through the store.Been a regular customer for years and usually have such wonderful experience with friendly customer service.Today there was zero.Wonder why?Will try again at another store or online.Shame!

This is NOT related to this particular store but to the company as a whole. I Bought some bedheads in early October and they are yet to arrive. They were in stock. I was reluctant to buy furniture from them again as they take so long for delivery but I thought I had plenty of time to get these before Christmas. Apparently not….shame on me I guess. Never again.

I have no idea when it comes to linen and the nice lady that assisted me did not do any hard sell. She provided valuable experience and assisted in not only my new quilt selection but also cover and pillow cases.

This is a beautifully presented store. It is easy to move around and a lovely variety of products. Jasmine was very polite and helpful. Also Adair's has a linen lovers club which is worth joining as you receive great store discounts. I will be back .

Excellent store with a bad staffs. As a fan a adairs, I wouldn’t visit this store again. There is something called customer care.
