Artel Apartments Brunswick

The overall behavior of the staff was bad. They deducted AUD 781 without my consent. Despite several reminders, I did get any response. The owner herself promised that the amount will be returned in 4 days but nothing happened. Pathetic customer service and a smelly place.

Artel was close to the wedding we attended.Trams close by.Rooms were great. Clean. Lots of storage.Staff answered all our questions.All in all a win win for our 4 day stay.

Great hotel along Sydney road, great price for comfortable roomy apartments. Staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly.Getting married? Get hotel to stay in and then explore the many bridal/formal shops along that street.Clean, tidy, roomy, friendly service and great pricing

We had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment. Unfortunately, i did not take pictures of the entire apartment. The entire apartment was spotless! It's very comforting to return to after a long day of travelling. We made such good use of the kitchen as we cooked almost every other day. Apartment also comes included with dishwasher and a washing machine. Dish washing liquid and detergent were provided (you can request for more at the concierge, staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful, i think it was Anita (?) who served us). Apartment comes with free parking which is great because it can be impossible to find a parking space. Bathroom also came equipped with toiletries and soaps. Only complaint is the TV connection to Netflix wasn't the best at times. Overall, it felt like home which is something you really want when you travel!

My experience at Artel Apartment Hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was definately worth what I paid for. I am really fussy with hygienic clean accommodation and my expectations were met. As soon as I arrived, the hotel staff were very friendly, the lobby smelled beautiful of aromatherapy and the place felt welcoming. They also assisted me with advice on where to go for lunch and how to use the public transport. Access around the hotel and instructions to use things were good. Hotel room was marvellous. Very comfortable bed, clean kitchen, nice tv and beautiful bathroom. Will definately come again. Thankyou for having me.

Nice apartments in a pretty decent spot. But paying $300 a night and not getting housekeeping is a bit of a joke.

This was the perfect accommodation for our week in Melbourne. Spacious apartment with full kitchen and a woolies nearby! Also perfectly located walking distance to several trams, made getting around the city a breeze. Complimentary parking was greatly appreciated, making the transition from road trip to city stay a breeze. Will recommend to friends and family visiting Melbourne and will be our first choice on future holidays!

Great apartment.. clean, quiet and spacious with all the amenities. Near train and tram stop making it convenient to reach the city.

Got a great deal for my stay. Clean studio apartment with all amenities in a great location. However, I found bathroom to be really tiny. Otherwise enjoyed my stay!
