They day before Good Friday and the Easter long weekend and they're closed, even though their site says they're open? Too bad if you need any needful med supplies for home for the long weekend.

Dropped in to the store to check on technology - was ‘greeted’ as soon as I entered and asked how they could help me, I asked if they sold phones suitable for older people, the male attendant just said ‘no’ and a lady said ‘JB hifi or Telstra’ … I felt welcome 0%, the whole experience felt awkward and rude, I didn’t have the opportunity to see what other stock they DID sell, shame really as I manage Home Care Packages and could have potentially given them a lot of business. On to another store who IS interested in discussing all options.
