Used Enviro for a sewer pit clean and replacement of two of our pumps. Enviro were very professional, efficient, and once they finished their service they communicated to me possible upcoming issues and things to be aware of which was very helpful.Will certainly be using them again in the future.

This Yennora based company charged $400 for an apprentice to accompany and observe the plumber!Remember many of the references on these sites may not be written by customers but I'm afraid that mine is.I booked a service call because my septic pump wasn't pumping out properly. They say they were here for 2 hrs and that I must pay travelling time. They sent me an invoice for $1,111. No breakdown in the invoice whatsoever, except for the GST component. Finally got a breakdown of $4OO for the apprentice, who observed, over $500 for the service call and $15 for rags and gloves. Still no proper breakdown as you'd expect from a professional company. Now they are threatening legal action. If you are a single woman, elderly or in any of the target groups for unscrupulous service providers keep away. Now I've lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading, next ACCC and then if needs be I'll fight this in court and share my story. They installed the pump last year but made excuses as to why there was no warranty. Currently I have the stress of extensive water damage due to weather events and now this. Please be careful if considering using this company, I don't want any other people to find themselves in my unfortunate situation.

I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Matt always answered my calls and kept me up to date with the progress of my job. 2 technicians turned up on time and installed my 2 new storm water pumps and a new control panel. Glen, I think was the guy I dealt with most on the day. Both were helpful, polite and did a great installation. Very neat and tidy. My failed pumps caused me a lot of stress which I'm relieved to have sorted. EnviroPump were easy to deal with, did a great job and smashed the other companies quotes out of the park. I had tech from enviroplum come out and look at my garden pump. He got it working within 5 minutes, spent a bit of time telling me what the problem was and how to use it properly. All this for free, I will be buying a new pump from him very soon. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
