Recently purchased a powerbank from here that turned out to be faulty. Spoke to Matt a few days later and we organised a swap. The faulty unit was exchanged for a new one. The whole transaction was courteous and easy to complete. Matt provided a good level of communication via emails. Nick was also helpful and polite when I called. The powerbank works a treat. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking at purchasing phones or associated items.
