Very disappointed, bought their mattress from a show in Redcliffe, and despite stating the need for a firm mattress ended up with a mattress that you sink into and cannot roll over in. Customer service was very unh and at times rude. $1500 for a bad back. If you weigh over 75kg avoid these mattresses as you will regret it. I know I do!

Thank you so much Tarina for connecting with us at one show, then reconnecting again to show us the health benefits of this amazing bed we've now had ten weeks. Rob's chronic backpain has reduced incredibly. I no longer get cramps in my legs. The best though is that I can now wear my engagement & eternity rings with reduced swelling in my hands. Oh! and our adult daughter overcame her jet lag this week by using the massager a couple of times before (going into her own) bed!Highly recommend this phenonemal bed and the service that comes with it. My fiancé suffers from arthritis in her lower spine and had horrible pain down her sciatic nerve, I myself have minor back pain every so often but nothing compared to her. We bought this bed as they said that it would be e best thing to work with her issues and that the designer had similar issues and that their beds help. We spent a lot of money to get the twin California bed so that we could both sleep soundly. This was 3 months ago and I have to say we have had nothing but problems. Her back problems are worse, she barely gets a good nights sleep any more, and I have gone from pain maybe once a fortnight to pain everyday. The mattress sags despite its apparent strong material. We called to ask about this and told them that this bed was not up to any sort of standards and were old “we were probably using it wrong” or the bed was faulty despite assurances that the ones we received were quality checked.They requested a maintenance call out to check the bed, but that we would be charged for this service if nothing was found wrong, I told them that I would have to talk to my fiancee to see when would work, a day later I received a message telling me that someone would be coming out the next day, and to reply No if this was not convenient, I replied No as both of us had prior commitments on that day. The next day I got a call telling me that the maintenance man was going to be a tad late to which I replied that we had made no appointment and had told them that the one they made without us knowing wasn't going to work but was obviously ignored. The guy was confused and said that it would have to be rescheduled, and I said yes but I would have to call them when I could talk. 2 days later I receive another message telling me that a maintenance man will be out the next day to look at the bed, AGAIN without contacting me in anyway and on a day that was not good for us due to work.Unlike other mattress and bed companies this one refuses to give refunds under any circumstances, which shows the amount of confidence that they have in their products. I’d love to sell this bed on and try and recoup some loses but I would feel horrible subjugating anyone to this horrible, overpriced product, I wish I could give it no stars.

We purchased a King double and a Queen double about 2 years ago at a camping caravan show. I can tell you these beds are awesome! So comfortable and everything works perfectly. The app is an added bonus which I use instead of the remote.We did have to ring customer service after about 12 months because we noticed there was a slight height difference between two of the mattresses and it just didn’t feel right. BetterLiving acted straight away and sent out two representatives, Romi and Terry who were both very polite and respectful. They examined both mattresses and decided they weren’t happy with the issue so they just replaced it there and then! Remember this is long after our original purchase so BetterLiving don’t just have great beds….they back it up with awesome customer service!

Highly recommend these beds! I love the massage feature and so do the kids!!! To be able to sit in bed comfortably and which tv is awesome but we do it too much now!!! Treat yourself and buy one as they last for a long time and will enhance your sleep making you feel more refreshed the next day!

Bought a King bed with all the fruit after the full run down demo and then when it was delivered it felt nothing like the demo. Sunk into the mattress and got a sore back, didn't live up to any of the claims. Put up with it for 4 months to try and get used to it and then after contacting them and complaining both mattresses were replaced. Still found it very soft and uncomfortable. Didn't stop snoring, actually made it worse because your on your back, woke up with more aches and pains than ever and had the worst sleeps ever. The best decision was to cut my losses and get rid of it.Company is good but the product is not good.Would not recommend.

I purchased one of these beds from salesman Romi, his knowledge was fantastic, we purchased a Queen for my wife and I and a single for our son, since sleeping on them I have stopped snoring which makes my wife happy, we are getting more sleep and waking up fresh, I have recommended these beds to all my friends and family, we spend so much time in bed in our life and now that I’m sleeping well my business and my days are much more productive. I have been wanting an electric bed for many years due to an existing spinal condition and always found it hard to convince my husband it was what I needed. After coming across Better Living Australia at a recent exhibition, I was finally able to convince him to give it a go.After a professional demonstration by Jodie, guiding him to a better nights sleep, he was sold!Our bed has arrived and I can say that it's the first time in 18 years that I have woken up with NO PAIN. I put the bed in the Zero Gravity position and for the first time in my life, slept on my back all night. I have never been able to sleep on my back, even before my spinal illness, let alone sleep without waking with pain.We have also purchased one of their caravan mattresses and that too has provided us with nothing but comfort.Money well spent and a professional team to support their product. Thanks Jodie and also Josh the installer. He too was magnificent.Thanks Better Living Australia!
