Do not recommend. Booked a party for my daughters 2nd birthday. Due to lockdown restrictions, I asked to cancel as rules are not permitting indoor gatherings. Kindly requested a refund and owner refused, referring to the T&C's. An exchange ensued where I was told I didn't care that small businesses were doing it tough. I don't believe I should be paying for a service that isn't provided and it wasn't my choice to cancel. In fact it breaks my heart that my daughter isn't having her party. Owner offered to use the money for a future event which given I booked for the day of my daughters birthday didn't suit us (plus constant lockdown extensions mean uncertainty about any event). I was also told that if I continued with a future booking, full payment was required a week before and if for whatever reason" it is cancelled (even another lockdown) that money wouldn't be reimbursed and only credited to a future booking. I was willing to spend a significant amount of money on the party but the lack of customer service and consideration for the climate we are living in means I won't consider them in the future. Small businesses are suffering but so too are families and many have lost incomes due to the pandemic."

I had my daughter’s 9th birthday here and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I chose the Deluxe package and Rokabye took care of everything perfectly! I was so happy with the arrangements and my little girl along with all her friends thoroughly enjoyed the disco dance themed party! Everything was organised very well and went very smoothly without anything feeling rushed at all. They took care of specific dietary requirements as well which was very much appreciated. My daughter enjoyed it so much that 2 weeks later she’s still talking about it and keeps looking at all the pics and videos over and over again. Thank you, Rokabye for such a wonderful memorable party! I would highly recommend this place!!

I was looking everywhere for a dress for a wedding for my 17month old daughter... this place had absolutely everything u wanted.. it was a relief going in there because i knew i was going to find the dress there... we walked out with 2 dresses and they are adorable..Awesome service and so so helpful

Amateur, unprofessional and disappointing children's party! Do not waste your money! Promised a professional party and what was delivered was embarrassing for Rokabye. Had to remind them to post invites. An untrained 'host' who didn't interact with the children, a run-down room that hadn't been 'themed' as promised. Food consisted of fairy bread, chips, popcorn & water which volunteer parents served!! The cake had fallen apart & then been fashioned back together and they obviously hoped we wouldn't notice. A few tired games then children left unattended as the host left to cut the cake (for 20 minutes!). After complaining the owner tells us it was our own fault because our children were boisterous and my (shy) child wouldn't interact with enthusiasm! And would not refund because we allowed parents (of 4 year olds!!!) to stay with the children. So many other lovely professional party venues in Bayside. This establishment should be ashamed.Also note - the 5 star review has been left by an individual who shares the same surname as the owner! Coincidental?

We celebrated our daughters 7th Birthday at Rokabye. A wonderful day that she will remember for many years to come. Enjoyed by all her friends (easy for Mum and Dad too!) Thanks again.

Rokabye is a gorgeous children's boutique! Their themed children's parties are decked out with vibrancy and whimsical little details; they really make an effort to create a magical experience for the kids. I love that they are in the business of bringing joy to kids and families through their parties and baby/toddler/preschool classes. Lovely shop with special outfits, accessories and childrens books too. Great team of girls who are helpful, passionate about what they do and always thankful for the support from their customers. All of my experiences with Rokabye have been excellent! xx

Beautiful clothes and friendly staff. I love that the clothes are boutiquey and not run of the mill you find in every other store! Great quality as well - the clothes don’t shrink when you wash them!

Rockabye was amazing at our daughter's birthday at the park. Kept all kids engaged all the time and was good fun with dancing, singing and face painting. Definitely recommend and will have in mind for other birthday parties :)
