Em is a fantastic personal trainer. She really focuses on building good technique and form instead of pushing you and causing damage which I’ve previously had with personal trainers. Em really individualises each session, ensuring you feel comfortable with every exercise. She also works with my medical problems and educates herself on them so we can build on them instead of avoiding exercises that involve that muscle or bone. I really look forward to each session with her and her personality just puts you to ease. Amazing job Em.

Loving my virtual PT experience! Emily has tailor made a great program with a holistic approach including strength training, yoga and meditation. Virtual means I can do her fabulous classes from 140 kms away, yet she is there with me for every squat, stretch and balance. Really appreciate your wonderful PT work, Emily. You're incredible!

I have just started training with Em in Cowes and loving it! The gym is super clean and new with amazing equipment. I’ve trained with many other people in the past but can without any doubt say that Em really puts incredible thought and planning into your training program making it specific to your goals. She is highly experienced and cares so much about ensuring the best technique. I’m counting down the days until her boot camp starts. Best decision I’ve made starting my fitness journey here!

Emily helped me to strength my back after suffering lower back pain and postural issues. She corrected my exercise technique and encouraged me to do stretches after every session. She is very professional, dedicated and very fun! there isn't a PT session with Emily where we don't share a laugh.
