Twice I have gone to this shop and they were closed before 5pm. Approached staff following the second day and the staff member basically denied shutting early. Was made to feel like I was just making it up. What ever happen to customer service.

Joe knows good deal about cycles. Great service. I have gotten my bike serviced twice now, 100% satisfied each time! Very reasonable prices too.Also, he doesn't beat about the bush and gets straight to the point!

The chaps down here are super helpful, I needed an obscure bike part on a Sunday and they hunted high and low for me.5 mins later we found the part. The gent insisted it was on the house, so kind.Cheers guys!
