Legacy Pilates & Strength
I never thought I would love pilates as much as I do now that I regularly go to Legacy Pilates. I love their classes (maybe not the 30sec plank holds) and their team. Their studio is spotless, covid safe and always welcoming. I generally am an early riser and hit the studio first thing in the morning and I keep coming back. I am so grateful this studio is in my neighbourhood.
