What happened to famous Vietnamese rolls I was buying for years? I sagested this place to someone who worked near by today. Bread rolls are fresh, crispy and soft inside. That's all about chicken rolls. Tasteless and leck of everything. 1.5 pieces of tomato? Kidding

I ordered a BBQ Pork salad roll, and a coffee, they served it up in a paper bag and the coffee would have been nice in a crockery mug, but no then when it was ready I had to go to the counter again and collect my lunch, they should have served it as I was seated at a table. The pork on the roll tasted like spam, not at all impressed. Would definitely not go there again, out of 10, I'd give it a 1.

Best bacon and egg roll I've ever had!! I had bacon and egg roll with cheese, hash brown and gravy added....soooo good!!!Also try the chicken kebab sticks or the homemade sausage rolls, or even just some bread you won't regret it.Nice people, good customer service, my only complaint is a little expensive but most the time it is very much worth the extra penny :)

Haven’t had the best previous experiences here, but gave it another try today. Ordered the simple bacon and egg rolls with soft or runny eggs. Emphasis on soft/runny. Got home for dried over cooked egg and the smallest rasher of bacon. Not the treat we were expecting. Wont be going back.

Before today they were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐So I ordered 2x Vietnamese BBQ pork rolls which I usually get Hot but instead I got these 2 cold pork rolls with I have no idea what it is then when we return the rolls saying that we wanted the hot BBQ pork rolls I got told that they don't do hot BBQ pork rolls hmmmm so I've been buying these rolls for some time now and all of a sudden they don't have them. So I ended up with these unwanted rolls.

I would have given them 5 starts, lovely owners/staff, coffee is great, bakery stuff fresh and all for a great reasonable price BUT in my opinion the place needs a clean, a good clean! The floors specially… a good scrub on the floor/walls/pantry can make a huge difference sometimes.

As a local, I should know better than to eat here... But thought I'd give it another go as it's been ages. Yep, still terrible. The hot food, rolls, burgers etc are just not good. Cakes, pastries etc are old, stale and poorly made. Pretty sure the donuts I had were a few days old.Just go to Rise if you're in need of food when visiting OB.

Good chip roll. also chicken tender with salad is worth it, great after a long day working or school.
