I purchased 5 items for my wife for Christmas. Of the 5 only 3 were the correct size, despite all of them being the same size on the label. There are significant sizing discrepancies between the 3 non fitting items. The return process is very manual with a form to be filled out and the customer expected to fill in SKU numbers, product names and colours. Many other online stores automate the return process based on the original invoice. Not expensive products but you get what you pay for I guess.

No refunds ...especially if buying on line ..not good enough ...even if unable to get next size ...will not buy from them again

Wanted to advise that I recently went into the store and the customer service has improved dramatically since I last shopped there.My original post gave a 2 star rating but I’d now be happy to change this to a 4 star rating.From the 2 staff members present one of the ladies was present on my last visit and it was great to see her engaging and assisting customers.Original post: Disappointing experience.I spent approximately 25 minutes in store. 10-15 minutes spent walking around and choosing items. I took approximately 11-12 clothing items to the change room to try on. Spent 10+ minutes trying in clothes and selected approximately 8 items to purchase. I took my items to the register, placed the items on the counter and throughout that whole time and experience neither of the shop assistants acknowledged or spoke to me.The 2 stars given are for the choice of clothing items available. I give a zero to the staff.

If you want cheap and nasty garments this is the place for you. Garments put on display crushed fresh out of the box. No attention to detail, but then the items are shabby looking anyways. Not true to size. Limited sizes in store. Couldn't find anything in my size. Staff member couldn't care less if the item didn't fit as long as they made a sale. My experience was so disappointing I was in and out of this store less than 5 minutes.

Amazing selection and quality! I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. It’s beyond amazing to have somewhere I can shop knowing the sizes are true to size for plus size and also have cute styles. This has made my life and shopping experience so much easier and more pleasant. Also it arrived in just over a day! I couldn’t believe it! It’s made me excited to go back to work instead of scared and anxious about finding things to fit.

Love the clothing.. but the customer service in this store is horrible! They can’t be bothered to help their customers.. they would rather stand behind the tills together and talk.. I was in the store for more than 30mins and didn’t get asked once if I needed help.. even when I was looking at an item high above and clearly needed assistance. Hopefully the next visit is better!!

I do not recommend! Beware guys clothing are horrible quality and website info misleading. Don’t fall for sign up to get discount on first order as this does not apply to first orders on sale items however they do not state this.They tell you returns are easy their not and without advising that some items are exchange only when you go to return they only offer credit.Clothing sit horribly due to stitching and how low quality item is.Very stressful dealing with them not worth the headache.

Underwhelming. It’s great to have plus size stores increasing but the store is uninviting and the clothing selection is strange. I wish it was more modern clothing that was aligned with straight size stores. There’s a lot of work to be done to make plus size people feel included.
