We parked here to take this photo of Launceston CBD area. It was cloudy but scenic. One of the unique things we found was that you can pay for metered parking using an app. You can also extend the time through the app, so convenient especially when you're sitting in a restaurant and you think that it will take longer.

No one was much help. Our showers were freezing when we went for breakfast and told them about it the girl said it will be fixed in 5 to 10 minutes ..But we were already dressed and were heading off ..What a joke we are sure they just had the thermostat turned off .. woul

Nice place. Internet not great. Would be better if the breakfast started earlier than 7:45. Would stay here again though.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful hostess. Well organized dining room, fresh, delicious, breakfast. Great coffee. We look forward to our next visit.

Peeling wallpaper and generally shabby. Owners unable to understand a simple request for more milk. Dining room was locked and we had to eat our take-out sitting on our beds. Sad that such a beautiful building has been let go.

Old but a good experience staying in nearly 200 years old house. Simple Breakfast with bread, cereals and coffee. Nice and cosy room

There was no hot water for showers and the staff barely speak English so we couldn’t get any answers about why we had to have a freezing cold shower.

lets hope nobody is hungry for a big breakfast because you wont get it.People skills ?? NONE. Not even a good morning at breakfast of toast and cereal .We were not told at reception on how to order it .Room I will give 3 out of 5 but only 1 for People skills. Will not go there again.
