I told them I couldn’t do the course and they said they would refund me, I’ve been waiting over a month. I keep calling them to ask about it and they keep saying we’re going to do it and lying to me saying I gave the wrong banking info, steer clear of them if you don’t wanna get screwed out of $2000

I went for excavator training all I got was same one telling me you can't get the ticket from the first day of my training and that exactly happened, I guess you have to be Justin bieber look like. if you wanna know how it feels like to waste $1000 in two days of doing nothing be my guest

I have received multiple tickets through ATM including dump truck, water cart and forklift. I found all the staff to be friendly and the training was provided at an exceptional level. ATM has stood out against other providers due to the staff, who have gone beyond my expectations in providing advice and assistance in helping me seek employment.

Trainer has exceptional knowledge when it comes to teaching Forklift operations, however, was not professional. We found ourselves getting yelled at most of the time and that makes most students nervous. I had another training with different provider the day after and I had a pleasant time due to my instructor being professional. Professionalism and Customer service does affect your experience, and in this instance, mine was less than pleasant.
