WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE looking forward to seeing the staff again after my Cancer Surgery .

First they slotted me into an appointment 30 minutes after my call. My appointment was on time. Bonus. The therapist was professional and also conversational. The waxing was well done with attention to detail. Very happy and will return.

I had a terrible experience at the salon when I took my teenage son to an appointment for his acne issue this afternoon; it was his birthday gift, which he had anticipated. The day before, we went to the mall, and one of their therapists suggested we book an acne management appointment. We arrived a few minutes early for the scheduled 1 pm appointment. After checking in, I left my son sitting there, assuming they would bring him in shortly. However, after 20 minutes of walking the mall, I returned to find my son sitting there.When I asked one of the beauticians at the counter, she informed me that they were running late. I signalled my son that we would leave if they didn't call him in the next 30 minutes. However, it took them 50 minutes to finally call him in after the receptionist at the counter went to remind them several times. I thought he was starting his facial treatment when they brought him in, but he came out two minutes later.They informed us that they had assessed his face and he didn't require acne management but instead suggested we buy a skincare product from their shelves to save money. I felt they were trying to rush through the appointment and didn't care about us. I questioned the beautician about this sudden change in recommendation, as they had suggested acne management the day before.The manager then pulled us aside, said they wanted to save us money, and asked us to return the next day for a small educational chat with another beautician. She even tried to blame one of the beauticians who suggested acne management. They played games and didn't value our time or money.Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I felt disrespected and frustrated. I hope the salon can improve its communication and professionalism in the future.

I will continue to come back to WaxIt purely because of their awesome Customer Service. All the ladies are lovely and are very welcoming.

I attend the Northlakes salon every 2 months and haven’t yet been disappointed. The salon is clean & all the girls are welcoming.Amani is lovely & always does an amazing job.

The worst Brazilian I've ever had. Do not waste your time or money. The therapist was not experienced as I left with hair everywhere and brown wax stuck all over me. It was so bad that originally I thought they had scarred me, as all of the blood vessels had risen to the surface, However this disappeared about 4 days later but had never happened to me ever before. Bare in mind I have been waxed for decades and had laser. So a 5 minute job at a normal price of $45 became an utter waste of my time at a super inflated price for which they were totally incompetent. I wrote an email to which they ignored. I'd give minus 5 stars if I could.

Excellent service, quick and professional. No long waiting times even for a Saturday!
