We lost our hot water and contacted our realtor, the next day a plumber came out and said the hot water unit needed a service. Our realtor contacted Stiebel the same day and said they would contact us. 2 days went by and still didn't hear anything so contacted the realtor again and they assured me Stiebel would contact me ASAP. The weekend passed and I talked to my realtor again and asked for Stiebel's nr myself. Finally Stiebel called me to scedule a time but that was a week after they were contacted the first time. Their sub-contractor Ace+ fixed the problem after 20 min, but it took Stiebel a week to arange it. Horrible service

We have purchased a heat recovery ventilation unit to install our selves as we have been told it’s easy to do - well it would be if we had been given the correct parts in the beginning and given instructions in English and not German or French and even some of the parts are delivered damaged. When we have called to get the help we need (get some of the parts we need) the service was below average and not helpful at all- made to feel like a pest and the office did not answer the phone when we called - very poor help from the perth office - below standard in service

installed Steibel Eltron water heaters about 10yrs ago, on my second unit, had a problem, emailed service page, fixed in less than 12 hours, great service by contractors, highly recommended

I dont usually do reviews. I had replaced the hotwater unit that came with my place after about a year. It came with a 2 year warranty and 2 weeks after my warranty ran out the plumber who installed it unable to help suggested I contact Stiebel on the off chance they would help. I was very surprized that Stiebel were in fact very decent about it and agreed to replace the unit out of goodwill which they did. Thank you Stiebel. I had issues with hotwater within 2 months and when an electrician said wiring was Ok and it was the hotwater unit, contacted Stiebel again, who again responded very decently and replaced the unit with a newer model. Seems like the first 2 units (apparently not for sale any longer) were using old technology" and combined with the fluctuations in power where I live were tough on instantaneous electric hotwater systems so not necessarily Stiebel's fault or problem.Long story short

Have had to wait over 5 days to get any service. The tradesperson didn't even show up after booking numerous times. We still have no hot water and will be writing to the Director of the company tomorrow. Do not by any means purchase anything through this company!!!!!!KellyPerth WA

Their products work well but if you have an issue, don't bother calling them. The guy who takes calls is rude, talks over customers and doesn't care what you have to say.

It stopped working, my wife tried to wash her hair in cold water, in winter, and that was going to be a MAJOR situation, but I called the warranty number and they came out that same day! Fixed it all for free under warranty, sweet.
