I recently purchased a new property and the previous tenants did a runner with the spare keys. The real estate agents contacted Jon and he was there the next day changing my letterbox locks and dropped the keys to me at another property. It wasn’t an issue and in fact when he changed all the locks for me pre me moving in dropped me back to my current property as was on his way home.Super efficient and very friendly. Used Jon recently for an emergency as id lock myself out and needed to get to work.His number popped up for a 24/7 locksmith and he answered straight away. Was at my house in 20 mins and managed to fix my issue without damaging my locks.Honestly a lifesaver went above and beyond, even kept my puppy entertained! Highly reccomend.

I needed a locksmith that could service several locks in the house and replace any that needed to be replaced. These locks also have spring loaded handles, so it was a range of skills but all one lock type. I looked around Eastern Suburbs smiths and settled onLOCKSOLID, a mobile unit owned and operated by John and did I get lucky. John arrives and looks over the locks and doors - some doors had loose hinges and some keys wouldn’t turn in the locks - not a problem. John tightened those hinges and adjust those locks that needed work in his van and where needed, recut worn keys. Then heck Rd a problem that took the cake! One door in the house is a 180 degree swing door and the top hinge was worn causing the door to lean touching the ground. Solution wasn’t new hinges, it was unscrewing both hinges and putting the bottom hing on the top -and the top on the bottom - outcome? It’s like I’ve got new hinges! It's the most professional locksmith service I've ever received. Jon went into the room through a tiny window to avoid damage the door and the locker which stopped working - it's amazing and I wonder how many locksmiths would be willing and able to do that.
