My son saw a fabulous speech therapist for well over 5 years here and she was the ONLY reason we were using this business. The older admin staff were rude, extremely unaccomodating to working parents and very obviously money oriented. We were told hat we had to do team’s meetings during covid and abruptly in 2022 were emailed stating that we had to immediately return to face to face as we were doing our child a disservice!! Since our therapist left we were told we would have a replacement and we have not heard back from them in over 6 months!! Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend, and this is a real shame as these services are in short supply and so desperately needed for children with disabilities.

They need a receptionist who has some compassion. They have employed a robot

We went there as a private patient so I can't speak for how they operate via the NDIS, but we were very happy with the service we received. When we were told that our son should be assessed all the mountains-based speech therapists had waiting lists of 12 months or more. Belinda Hill & associates were able to get us in within 3-4 weeks so we were able to fairly immediately get some guidance as to whether there was a serious problem and get done help. Otherwise he would have been starting kindy before anyone would have even looked at him!The therapist assigned to us, Jess, was wonderful. She developed a great rapport with our 3.5yo despite the fact the first few sessions were via zoom due to covid, and we rapidly day improvements in our sons speech.Bottom line is that if you don't mind paying the dollars as a private patient your can get help for your kids quickly and professionally with this practice.

Disgusting to know this place only gives support to people on Ndis plans i wonder what they would do if the person doesn't have a plan it seams private people don't pay as much as NDIS does if a person had to wait 2 years for an appointment and they don't have a plan with NDIS i assume they should be seen and charged at the normal costing what happened prior to NDIS its hard enough having to wait for 2 years for an appointment to be turned away because they don't have an NDIS plan

Belinda and her team are fantastic, i cant recommend them enough. My son came along leaps and bounds in his speech after his sessions.

I strongly recommend to steer clear of this place, they charged me for an assessment for my kid then when I asked if someone could explain it to me in a phone call they wanted to charge me more money, they just tried to get my kid in and start charging $$ even before I got the report results. Then they got cranky when I called them out on the extra charges and mysteriously the appointment time they had for my kid was no longer available.... Just after the money and not helping kids! Glad I found a better provider. **reply to below** the report was emailed to me and when I called to speak to someone I was told to book in and pay for an appointment to get the report explained to me. I wanted to wait for the report before booking in and knowing what treatment my kid was getting... I had to beg and hound for the report to be emailed to me 4 weeks after the assessment. all to be told they don't have a spot for my kid....Now is that unfair and untrue ?
