Target Plenty Valley

1030AM 25th May. There was a sale ad on top of the shelf that women and kids shoes are 20% off. Went to pay on the counter and sale wasn't applied on check out. I asked the staff and told me the sale are only for jackets. clearly, she wasn't informed. didn't have time to go back to the shelf and argue, i just paid full price cos i was rushing to work. But Sooo MISLEADING! this is why i just go to kmart!

Target is a great destination for a whole range of good value items, nice store, easy and quick checkout

They have nice ladies fashion and overall pretty trendy clothes for the whole family. The only problem I find, is there are only self checkouts and most of the time half are closed so it's annoying to to have to wait when there are 4-5 unused checkouts. There is one register that could have an employee to help those that still find self checkouts a bother,but I've never seen one on it. Also the last 3 times I shopped there, the machine that takes cash got stuck every time. The machine next to me also and the other lady was frustrated too. So annoying when we are in a hurry and the team member try fixing it and wasting time. Seriously, every time I tried to pay cash the machine couldn't handle it.

Not Busy Here Last night 8.06pm no que at all self-serving no problems. Not many People inside Not busy too It was easy.. Girl at self-serving was friendly, smiling and happy same the guy that stand to check your receipt on your way out. Great.11/11/2021

This target presents itself as stocked well, organised, clean and always a worthy experience. The staff are always generous with their personality and always on the ball to assist. I very much always enjoy my visits.

I didn't collect my click and collect quick enough, no communication telling me it would be cancelled if not picked up by a certain date and no communication saying it was cancelled. Wasted my time and missed out on item now.

Good place to shop, plenty of sizes and customer service is good too. Afterpay & Zippay available here too.

Very big super store with free wifi. It's nice to have free wifi, especially when the mall does not provide one. This is probably one of the few Target outlets in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Does not have wide range of bikes inspite of having more range of bike gears. It does not clearly mentioned whether they provide bike assembly services.

This morning I was assisted by a lovely young gentleman named Mitch. He was incredibly patient as we tried to work out why some items were not scanning properly, I had a lot of stock… he was pleasant the whole way through and served me with a smile! So great to see young people working hard and providing excellent customer service! Mitch needs a pay rise.

This Target is located inside Westfield plenty Valleyit's huge with lots of varieties from clothing to home decor electronics and what notwent there to click and collect Car Seat Stroller and few other thingsit was quick and easystaff was really helpful and prices are good compared to other storesHeaps of FREE parking available on the front side as well as on the back side
