Lost my package every time they have been used

While the delivery was fine, they disregarded the delivery instructions to ring the door bell.We are always home but they simply dumped the package at the door and left.Ring the bell or at least knock firmly so people know to check the door. With covid people are home so let them know a package has arrived.

Hands down the worst courier company. Never had a good experience with them, always a headache. Order back in mid November scanned into the system still waiting for.

UPDATE 27/12/22: A week after the last email, they sent me a “sorry we sent your package back to the sender because we didn’t have your address” as if I didn’t already give them the address MULTIPLE times. Ugh, I feel like a Karen and don’t normally complain but this whole system was infuriating! Aramex - sort out your customer service!BUSINESSES AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Package was shipped 28/11/22 on time (same day of purchase!) by sender. Aramex claimed they were “unable to deliver” on 2/12/22 and gave me no indication as to why or how to get my parcel, despite them servicing my area. I tried calling and emailing to which I got no reply/ no one answered. After over a week of sending emails and calling without reply (including the sender who called their rep) they said they didn’t know my address (which is weird because it was on the package and on my order receipt lol) but after an update they would deliver within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and still nothing. On Thursday 15/12/22 I eventually reached someone on the phone and the lady told me to “shut up and stop talking and you will just get the package when you do because I’ve told the courier and can’t do more”. I simply asked for an ETA. I said given it was supposed to be delivered on 2/12/22 I expected it within the next 24 hours. WELL, it’s 19/12/22 and still no update or reply from Aramex. I tried calling again and their line is busy. I’m so disappointed because money has been so tight and I wanted to get just one nice thing for my daughter for Christmas. Thankfully the sender was wonderful and supportive and refunded me. But DO NOT USE ARAMEX. EVER. Absolutely pathetic customer service with no guarantee you will ever get your package.

Bought phone of eBay to be delivered buy them .package picked up 29 November it had tracking on it.rang ballt Depo on December 13 still no sign of package.xmas present for my son.that if gets hear.would recommend.

If you want to be stuffed around and watch a parcel sit in the one town for two weeks then this is the company for you!

Dont use them, if you call Amazon you can request not to use them. They are slow and they deliver stuff damaged. In 20 years the only time I have had issues is with this courier.

Tried to book a pick up and delivery, took details at lenght over the phone then never got back to me, used Daryl's Light Freight in Maryborough instead, Daryl privided excellent service.

I'm sick of your drivers using my private driveway too park in too deliver parcels too my neighbour when they can park outside they're house or use they're driveway!

Two days ago l got a Message to say my parcel was being delivered that day...NO PARCEL!Today l get same Message it was being delivered today.WHY IS THE TRACKING SHOWING IT IS IN GEELONG 2days ago and again Today
