Unresolved and unsatisfactory...True, the service person arrived promptly. She stayed for one and a half hours and left with the printer unfixed with the same error message presenting that I called her to fix! The lady DID take my Bankcard details before she left, however she could not say how much, if anything, her visit had cost me. I hope there is no charge. My printer (now still un-operational) is a fairly new FujiXerox.

absolutely do not use these people, website states fully guaranteed, when i complained that problem was not fixed, advised only 7 day good faith. No good faith, technician scratched his head for 20-25 minutes, time that they charge extra for. No satisfaction with complaint, quoted incorrect information in response which proved they did not read complaint.

They did not provide a solution. Came, spent 10 mins even though I got told I would receive a clean, but technician said nothing to clean, the machine is such good order and like new... charged my cc without any copy of prove which was concerning because I had given it to a technician handwritten on an Ipad that could easily be reused at any time he liked. Had to follow up on what was happening with the so called spare parts and then to be told, nothing we can do to help because of the age of the machine, can't fix it due to no spare parts available. Would not recommend using this company.

Called to get my HP printer serviced in Brisbane CBD and while the man was here he had a look at my other Brother printer and got that up and running too all in 25 minutes! Highly recommend.

I booked a tech attendance to check out my HP printer which had ceased working. They were able to schedule a visit very quickly and the tech that attended was friendly and professional. He wasn't given the correct house number but had my phone number, so that was easily corrected. Unfortunately he couldn't rescue my printer, so the search begins for its replacement. Overall a good experience.
