From the moment Rob walked through the front door, we knew Equilibrium Pools was the only one for us! Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He understood what we wanted to achieve from our backyard reno and boy did the team deliver!During construction, the team always ensured our backyard was safe and tidy for our 3 inquisitive kids and dog. They turned up every morning with a positive, can-do attitude and always made time to answer the kid’s million questions everyday. Communication was regular and we were updated as each stage of the project progressed.The EP team is one hard working and dedicated group of guys. Thank you to Rob, Lena, Fonze, Jack and Ben for a seamless pool build. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project!

The team at Equilibrium Pools did a fantastic job on the repair to our pebblecrete pool. Rob & Fonz are very professional, friendly and just nice blokes. They kept us up to date as to the progress of the work. The finished product looks great. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have any pool work done.

Customer service, honesty, value and quality are the things that come to mind when I think about the team at Equilibrium Pools. From the moment they quoted our project, right through to the delivery of our pool and landscape, we were shown quality service.We were made aware of all possibilities through the teams honesty and transparent operating systems. A situation that friends of ours clearly missed out on when building at the same time with another builder in the area. We can say that our friends did not complete their build with the same results or level of sanity.I can not recommend this company any higher. They were great.

We are so thrilled with our pool from Equilibrium Pools. Rob has been so good to work with right from the design phase (where he stood out in torrential rain measuring up for us) to the last finishing touches and handing out the beach ball. Great, friendly service with transparent costs at all times. The cost was spot on with the quote too and the quote was the best of three that we had. Highly recommend Rob and his team.
