Stand Strong Boxing
I have been training with Justin for about 5 years now and have always had a positive experience! Justin is a very knowledgeable coach who has experience with a wide range of athletes ranging from amateur all the way to professional. Assistant coach Mike Solis is also a great asset to the gym who is very technical with his boxing knowledge.

Out of all the boxing gyms i have been, stand strong stands at a peak in terms of guidance, training, environment and honestly the list goes on. Both Just & Mike take great attention to detail when it comes to instructing and delivering information and how it can be applied. If you are looking to start as a complete beginner or even polish your skills as an experienced fighter, stand strong's guidance will help you achieve any goal you set for yourself

If you are after a gym with no ego's attached - look no further than Standstrong Boxing at Smeaton Grange . Standstrong is an incredible place to train! I've trained here for years. There is a strong sense of community vibe, great variety of classes and incredibly knowledgeable trainers who help you get results. I've never had better consistency with my training.It's a gym for all fitness and skill levels. Everyone is so approachable and encouraging. This is especially helpful for those days when you're not feeling as motivated.Would recommend Standstrong Boxing to everyone!

one of the best boxing gyms i have ever been too, great coaching staff and very friendly environment. great place for skilled fighters and also beginner looking to sharpen their skills, also great for everyday people with busy scheduled looking to get fit.i highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone

I've had the pleasure of training at Standstrong Boxing for quite some time now.Coaches at the gym are second to none, they're very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone in the classes are super supportive and help push one another!All in all great gym couldn't recommend Standstrong enough!
