I have been seeing the team at the DEC for years now with my dogs and they are definitely the best. Every single team member is professional and friendly and treat my dogs like they are their own. Ill continue using their services for as long as they exist.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Started dog school but had it recommended that out dog would be better off in one on one training. Was told we could use left over funds to put towards new training. My partner was diagnosed with cancer so we were unable to attend said trading. I called the company and let them know what was happening and to reschedule. Unfortunately due to circumstances we were unable start the one on one sessions at all. They classed our reschedules as cancellations and would not provide any type of refund for unused services. Pretty poor.
