I've had pretty average service at Centrelink this year with the exception of one outstanding woman. I had put in a claim in early April and only now had it done in June thanks to a wonderful younger woman by the name of Sarah who sorted who had money put in my pocket within 30 minutes. I had been living by myself and struggling to get by as no one else seemed to be able to help me to the extent that Sarah did. I wouldn't have eaten today if it wasn't for the effort and passion she very obviously puts into her work. I would like to thank her and the rest of the team at Centrelink Noosa for helping me to get back on my feet. Next time you go here, ask for Sarah!

Vere nice and helpful staff and willing to arrange another appointment if you call and say you can't get there before your scheduled appointment

Almost every experience I've had with a staff member at this service centre has been fantastic. The staff really try to provide a smooth-flowing, pleasant experience. Thank you to Noosa's Centrelink.

Second visit today. First one without an appointment, today with appointment. Both visits I had the privilege to having Wanita ( sorry if spelling is incorrect ) to assist me. I could not be happier. She made the process very painless, she was super efficient, very patient and assisted me with the aps I had trouble with. I was never made to feel a burden . I left the office with my dignity intact. To the other staff , from the guy at the door and the ladies at the front counter, they were also very friendly and helpful. Thankyou to all

I was very impressed by the speed and helpfulness of the Noosaville staff. Centrelink cops a lot of flack. However, my experience this morning was nothing but positive. Thanks everyone.

Since late last year I've had to visit Centerlink more than I'd like to, but I must say, that during this time I've received great service by the people who I've seen there. Yesterday, approx 1pm?, I was greeted so happily by a security personnel which brightened my day! Then was served by a lady who was very helpful and explained my situation very well. It must sometimes be a very difficult job, so I feel a compliment is the least I can do. Thankyou, Eloise.

While recently needing to register for assistance I was struck by how kind, respectful and genuinely helpful the staff were. It was an emotionally anxious experience to need to ask for help made so much easier by ladies who went beyond their job descriptions to help me through the process.
