Australia Post - Seymour Post Shop

My elderly Aunt uses this Post Office weekly and is very appreciative of the excellent service, very friendly staff, extremely helpful, highly recommended

Excellent store. Well equipped with different sorts of miscellaneous items. Customer friendly store. Well kept store. Easily accessible for wheelchair entrants. Good ambience. Good access for all travellers as it is close to Seymour Railway Station.

Oh my god I just want to say this is the most amazing and best post office I have been to in all my life Olivia and the other lady which I forgot her name have been totally amazing throughout the whole journey of my adventure in posting letters and products I can’t believe how much they have help me and done everything for me this is one post office you sure need to go and post the letters or do bulk orders they are Australians and they really know their job it has been one of the best experiences of my life and I love the great friendly service you get with a smileThat you do not get any any other post office And I look forward to many years of coming to post our products thank you Olivia and staff at the Seymour post office in Main Street absolutely 100% perfect and 100% for the service and 100% for the smalls you give every time we go into the shop. If 0 stars were possible, these rude public employees funded through tax payers money deserve it. Do yourself a favour, there is another post office on Anzac Ave were they actually value customers. Rude and uncouth employees, terrible parking as well, not only that they don't bother making certain contact tracing is occurring at the door either. People just walking in without scanning, sort of defeats the purpose.Tell me that you must have your actual drivers licence card with you, Digital ID not accepted. Perhaps these people have been living under a rock because Digital ID has the Australian post logo on it, even has a byline that's around making your life easier. Well I had to get back home, over 20km to get my licence, so much for the Digital ID making ones life easier, people living in Seymour know this post office staff to be incredibly rude and unhelpful, maybe someone should provide them with training around people skills.

I wouldn't even rate this post office one star for there staff are not courteous; I suggest using the post office in Anzac Ave they have 5 star service.

Love this Post Office - excellent service and great staff who care about the customers. My Mum and Dad love the Kiwi lass who chats to them and gives them updated information and they leave with a smile on their facesThank you

I have never experienced such pleasant visit to a post office in all my life. The staff were extremely helpful and kindly assisted with every request of mine. They were thorough in their covid checking systems, which was great to see during these uncertain times. Could not rate them highly enough!

As I am a true Seymour Local my experiences with our Post Office I have to say all the staff are excellent they are always polite very helpful and go out of their way to assist with any thing you need to know thankyou all keep up the great job
