Absolutely stellar customer service. I had several issues with filters that came with a recently purchased Berkey, and John went out of his way to ensure the problem was resolved. Fantastic company and great customer service.

Great service, my Berkey arrived within days after my order. I love the Travel Berkey which now sits on the bench in my motorhome. It is a good feeling knowing that If I get low on water and do not want to drive anywhere I can go to the nearest creek and fill up my Berkey knowing that I will be drinking crystal clear, clean water.

Filters not working and leaving cloudy/milky residue - have sent e-mails over the past week with no response. We have the new unit set up near the one we were replacing. $763.00 down the drain literally.

Awesome service - above and beyond. We purchased a package, including a stand, but John didn't have a stand in stock as deliveries had been delayed. So he bought one from another supplier and arranged to have it shipped to me. That other supplier charged more for the item than the cost to me from John (the invoice was in the package so I know this for sure!)I would not hesitate to recomend Pure Water 4 Life (and have recommended to several people).

John was lovely. I purchased the Royal Berkey because, although there is just my husband and myself, we tend to use a lot of water. The berkey arrived quickly and was easy to put together with good instructions. I also purchased the fluoride filters. The result is the water is so pure and refreshing, without any taste or smell. I have had under-sink filters in the past and although they remove a lot of stuff there has always been flouride present in the water and I hated that fact - so I’m thrilled that we no longer have to drink that‘neuro-toxin’. Our berkey is perfect for our needs and truly is a great product. We love it!
