Trains, Planes and Automobiles | Trains, Planes and Automobiles is a long-established toy and hobby shop based in the Beautiful Blue Mountains. We offer a huge range of model trains, cars, toys, collectables and hobby supplies from our two galleries in the Blue Mountains and Sydney. We are the only hobby shop in the Blue Mountains. We also hold regular online train and toy auctions.

Dealing with lot has been a nightmare from the start. Items offered for auction were held for five months before going to auction. Payment for goods sold took over three months. Have requested that remainder of items be returned to me four months ago and still no sign of them. Excuses and lies all along. Would never deal with them again.

I offered a number of lots for auction, some were sold and was told that the remainder would be offered at subsequent auctions. In spite of repeated emails, a visit when I was told that that they had a backlog, and two further letters documenting my position they have never responded to me.Very disappointing.

Have been a long time customer through their on-line auctions. Interesting selection of items, often let down by poor or wrong descriptions, far too few photos, and inconsistant packing, sometimes leading to damaged goods through the post.

BEWARE ! These guys are bad news. I have been waiting since July 2022 for any sort of accountability, let alone payment, from them for items I submitted for their auctions. Not for want of asking a number of times. They seem to have an arrogant disregard for customer service and ethical practice.

There original store in Mt Victoria was great. There second store in Blackheath had less inventory but was still ok. I don't know what there new store here in Katoomba is like as i haven't been in here yet.
