Very disappointed with Ms Kim Nguyen. She Tried to take the frame out from the patient even she saw the patient in pain and told the patient to take the hand of the frame. Rude. She wouldn't left the fram in the patient room if she needed it urgent for other patient also. LACK Of MORAL staff.

Professional, personal and knowledgeable. I broke my foot/ankle and Developed CRPS. Without the expertise of Daniel, I would not have recovered so completely, and have full use of my foot again.

Extremely unwelcoming and rude customer care. The receptionist Karen is extremely rude. Not at all happy with the service provided by Dr Samantha!

Worst customer service, we had appointment today with Samantha Khanna and we where 5min late due to unexpected traffic so we called them to inform we are running late and we will reach in 5 min, The response was unwelcoming and rude, and asked us to book new appointment next week, Later while returning home again we received a call from them and said it is a WARNING" and in future if you cant attend we will charge you... "Thanks we dint attend your practice today and will never do again" or recommend. Physio is unlike from medication and its about inner feeling and energy that you provide to your clients. Best wishes and hope you guys improve and provide positive feeling to your customers"

The main physiotherapist I had was absolutely fantastic! Walking me slowly back through my recovery.At first it was covered whilst I was in hospital and first came home. Then I cannot remember how many times there is a small Gao to pay on top of the Health Fund rebate.In hospital you get whoever you get. Once your out of hospital you get to see the same person.

Have been here both times for two different injuriesAnd I have had Samantha both times and she’s incredible, makes me feel so comfortable and is so caring especially when your in pain.I’d recommend anyone and everyone to her.
