Took in 2 chainsaws to be repaired. Jason mentioned they are currently experiencing high demand on their workshop due to Nambour workshop out of action and it would be a good few weeks or more until they could be repaired. I told him i was in desperate need of 1. He went out of his way (looked over it himself) and patched up the smaller saw that day. I collected it late that afternoon so it could be used for the weekend. That's pretty good service in my eyes.... finding a temporary solution to get his customer through a troubled spot.

Put a Honda charger into workshop as it had a leak in carby in October 2022 when I put in was told at the most would cost me $180 Went and picked it up last week as this was a joke how long it was taking Got it home carby was hanging off it and they didn’t tell me someone had started to look at it Took it back up following morning and staff were looking in bins for the parts off it I left it there and got a call today 12th may 2023 ( 8 months later )at a cost of $262 it was ready I said I was told no more than $180 at time staff there today knew I wasn’t happy and not one person said let’s discuss this I use to recommend this shop to everyone as I have closer stores to Mdore Definitely won’t be anymore VERY UNHAPPY

I took my chainsaw to this place today for a repair and servicei was told it would take 6/10 weeks my face dropped as i need the chain saw for the easter long weekendthe chain saw was cutting on an angle even with a sharp chainAfter chatting with scott and his team of merry men maybe i just got everyone at a good time but anyway they went out of there way to provide a very professional service .something i have have not see on the sunhinecoast for a long timeThey fixed my drama and within 15min i was out the doorthey explained the problem and were able to fix it it there and thenill be trying my chainsaw again at easter 2023 cutting iron bark and old telegraph poles so ill post again after that on the performanceOverall these guys have a care factor and its about customer servicethank you for your knowledge service and adviceRegards Brian Miller

Terrible service frequently forget to place orders for parts, blame it on the suppliers say that they will chase the order up and give u a call but nothing ! , do yourselves a favour and go to stihl nambour, the ladies are more knowledgeable and extremely helpfulThe 1 star is for turning up for work
