We purchase all of our school supplies from Nelson and his team at Maxim. They are so helpful and obliging with their support and advice both in person and over the telephone. Delivery is fast and efficient. Totally recommend Maxim Office Group.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Maxim for over 15 years. Nelson and Sheridan have provided a wonderful service to myself and my school. Questions are answered in a timely manner, with courtesy and professionalism. Resourcing our Back to School needs with Maxim has afforded our school top quality products at an affordable cost. Bulk orders are packed by year group levels and delivered on time with packaging that is sealed and sturdy. I would highly recommend Maxim for any and all of your school resource needs.

Absolutely horrible experience with them. Delays are one thing, but they charged us shipping when we used the school code packet to ship to our house, when if we would’ve ordered everything individually from their site, not only would it have been cheaper but we would have gotten free shipping. Their lack of communication and customer service was beyond frustrating, and not only that they lied to us about using a courier service because when we finally got our shipment months after placing it (mind you, some people who ordered outside of the school packet got theirs in a week’s time) it was dropped off by two dudes in a sedan with no mailing info on the box.Called for a refund of the difference of the cost and the express shipping and they never responded to us.Would avoid them at all cost.

Absolutely terrible customer service. School used Maxim for 2023 packs - had to order in December for January delivery and still waiting. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Avoid at all costs.

I have been dealing with the group for 6 years and can honestly say that the team have always gone above and beyond to help find the right product to suit our needs. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs. Expensive but useless, zero communication from customer service. Would give minus stars if possible

Rick and the team are fantastic, I have been dealing with Maxim for over ten years now and have never had any issues! So reliable, friendly, prompt deliveries and provide a great amount of products, and by chance they don't have a product they will source it for you.Couldn't recommend Maxim highly enough.

School used Maxim for their book packs this year. After requesting payment by end of December, it’s now February and they have not arrived. Terrible communication, misleading and sparse emails and no products. Avoid.
