Great range of products but a tad on the expensive side. Member days(2xmonth) save 20%. But still not cheap.

I will never never going back to this store. Please removed my membership. Very rude lady at the cash register. you don’t have to be rude to ask to see my shopping bag . This store don’t deserve a star at all. I would suggest for you to enrol in customer service lesson .

Well stocked with plenty of different brands of all the best supplements, potions and lotions. Staff are friendly, approachable and very knowledgable with products. Been buying here for several years and not been disappointed in any aspect at all in that time.

These women need more education, I have PCOS and they threw all these vitamins at me I spent $$$$$ at this shop.... Little did I know that there is 4 types of PCOS as I ended up going to ivf they said the type I have will never be helped by vitimins, next time suggest us PCOS women go to a more professional person.

I went in especially for gluten free bread. I knew they sold Ancient Grains Organic Rice Sourdough and wanted to check the ingredients to be safe. They didn’t have any and when I asked the store person if it was gluten free she answered with “well it’s rice!” Like I was an idiot. I purchased the bread in advance and waited til it came in and took it home. Just as I was making breakfast for my coeliac daughter I remembered that I hadn’t checked it myself! Ingredients: Contains denatured gluten. Contains gluten. Ffs! Absolutely useless. And rude. And dangerous.

Absolutely disgusted in this shop. Watch out for bottles on high shelves sitting on the edge. My elderly mother was not well and a bottle dropped and smashed nearly hitting her on the head. She was made to pay for it. No compassion.
