Customer service by the lady behind the prescriptions counter was persistently nosey and rude in my opinion insisting that I wear a mask even though I have a medical exemption which I mentioned... she seemed more nitrereste in repeating to me that I should wear one rather than helping me with the vitamins I had asked about! She even went so far as to say ‘were you at the rally on the weekend??’ I’m sorry but how is my private life got anything to do with her??!! I frikkon rude!!!!

Friendly staff, cheap items all year round, clean floors.

I went in for scar advice, i explained multiple times what my scars look like only to be told that that don't and shouldn't by an ignorant and arrogant pharmacist. I can't believe a health care provider would actually tell me what my scars should and do look like. How about listening to your customer in opposed to being a psychic. Just rude

I went to get my repeats of medicationI had to wait almost 45 minutes for 5 scripts because the young man that served me kept making mistakesBut as this was not enough I was given the wrong medication for my heartI find this was an exceptable and there was no room for silly careless mistakesI was very upset and angry as I waste all this time waiting for my medication only to get the wrong medicationThey respond was that at last minute they had to get a pharmacy and the young man gets a bit confused when it is busyWell excuse me he should not be working in a pharmacyI took all my scripts to another pharmacyI will never go backVery unprofessionalJust letting people know to be awareand to double check .

Would have given 5 star if not for the fact that one of the staff put my wound dressing wrong way around. On the label of Melolin dressing, it says place the shiny film side of the dressing to the wound but since they put the dressing wrong side on , had to peel the skin to get it out of the wound. It was agonising!

The shoping is great only one complaint i am disabled and when my son drives me to the hairdressers every week u cannot get a disabled parking spot most times then waiting in the hairdressers u see all these people going in with young children coming out with all their shopping parked in disabled parking or coming back with Aldi shoping bags i think the message should be put out that this is not on and while the extensions were on and the back entrance was sealed of there was nowhere to sit whilst waiting to b picked up at front entranceEnd of rant.

Thank you for the Great service from security guard Daniel who went out of his way to hunt down jumper leads by going to every shop in the plaza and even asking an nrma worker who was in the car park.
