I purchased a PSU from the store. They are very responsive. I had covid when I purchased from them and I appreciate that they kept the unit for me until I could arrange for pick up. I had occasions when sellers end up selling a merchandise to someone else when I already confirmed I was buying it so this gesture makes me give them 5 stars.

First time upgrading my stock 2070 super RTX. Changed to a CPU water cooling system and new fans.Finished within the same day and cleaned my whole pc making it look brand new. Couldn't be happier. Contacted to ask for a really specific audio cable, guy who runs the place took it upon himself to immediately go through his inventory to find it. Less than 10 minutes later, called me back and offered it at a cheap price. Great service, really friendly and will absolutely be returning soon enough! This is the guy to go to for your computer stuff, he absolutely knows what he's talking about

I came to con as my computer was overheating and not starting up correctly. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was a faulty CPU cooler.Throughout the repair process he diagnosed other small issues that I had raised with him and he was able to fix them for me. He kept me up to date with the repair process and was extremely transparent about the pricing and cost of parts.Great guy with a great passion for working on and building PCs, I am extremely glad that I went to him as he had me up and running in no time!I cannot recommend more highly of him and the service that he offers.

Definitely worth the trip! knowing near nothing about computers and not having many options for credible computer stores in Syd, (let's be honest) I generally feel quite intimidated by technology, even at the mere thought of approaching the PC guys... I contacted Con to source some screws for my PC case that had a rather unusual thread type and length. Con took it upon himself to go through his inventory to find matching screws, and sent me photos of what he thought would be fit for purpose. Although he didn’t have the correct screw type on hand, he showed initiative and was willing to assist however he could in his capacity. I’d highly recommend reaching out to Con should you require any assistance with troubleshooting your computer issues.
